This impressive Liebherr LTR 1100 belonged to Trans-Euro from Singapore (SG). It is a 100-ton telescopic crawler crane from the year 2016. This crane has since been sold and is now operating in Australia.
The undercarriage is 6.413 metres long and 5.05 metres wide. For road transport, the width can be reduced to 3.5 metres. The tracks are 0.9 metres wide.
The crane is powered by a Liebherr D934S A6, a 4-cylinder diesel engine with an output of 129 kW (175 hp). The diesel engine drives three hydraulic pumps.
A total of 15 tonnes of central ballast is mounted on the undercarriage, one 7.5-ton block on each side.
Here, the crane was set up with the full ballast of 32 tonnes. This consists of two wide plates of 10 tonnes each and a total of four blocks of 3 tonnes each. The ballast has a slewing radius of 4.22 metres.
The main boom has a base length of 11.5 metres and can be extended five times to a maximum length of 52 metres. The crane is equipped with two hoist winches, both of which were in use here.
The crane is fitted with two 9-ton hoist winches.
The crane has an operating weight of approximately 105 tonnes.
Optionally, the main boom can be extended by means of a folding jib measuring 10.8 - 19.0 metres in length. The jib is mounted to the main boom at an angle of 0, 20, or 40 degrees.
