Terex AC 100/4

Sarens from Dordrecht (NL) deployed this fine Terex AC 100/4 as an auxiliary crane on a large assembly crane. It is a 100-ton crane mounted on a 4-axle carrier.
The carrier is powered by a Daimler diesel engine with an output of 335 kW (445 hp). This crane features the standard 8x6x8 drive, with axles 1, 2, and 4 driven and all axles steerable.
The outrigger base measures 8.12 x 7.2 metres, or half 8.12 x 4.73 metres.
In transport configuration, the crane is 13.1 metres long, 2.55 metres wide and 3.9 metres high. The transport weight of the crane is approximately 48 tonnes.
Here the crane was set up with 21.3 tonnes of counterweight; two side slabs of 2.4 tonnes each are missing to complete the total counterweight of 26.1 tonnes. The counterweight has a slewing radius of 3.93 metres.
The crane features a five-section main boom with a base length of 11.9 metres, which extends four times to a maximum length of 50 metres.
