This interesting and sharp Zoomlion ZCT900V was used by TPW Engineering from Singapore (SG) as assist crane to a driling rig. It is a 90-tonne crawler crane with telescopic boom with year of manufacture 2020.
The undercarriage of the crane is 6.34 meters long and 5.1 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to 3.4 meters.
Attached to the undercarriage is a central counterweight of 7 tonnes, on each side is a block of 3.5 tonnes mounted. On this side is an extendion mounted, where the counterweight of the superstructure can be assembled by the crane itself.
The five-part main boom has a 12.1 meter base length and extends four times to a maximum length of 47 meters. The main boom can be extended by an 8.5 - 14.2 meter bi-fold swingawag jib. The jib is mountable to the main boom in a 0, 15 or 30 degree angle.
The crane is powered by a Wechai WP7G270E301, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 199 kW (267 hp). The diesel engine poweres multiple hydraulic pumps.
Attached to the superstructure is a 28 tonne counterweight, that exists out of four plates with a mass of 7 tonnes each. The crane is fitted with two 8.6-tonne hoist winches, each using a 20 mm hoist wire rope. The length of the hoist wire rope is 260 metres for the main winch and 140 meters for the auxilairy winch.
The base crane can be transported as one unit, the crane is then 14.67 meters long, 3.4 meters wide and 3.26 meters tall. The transport mass is 50.6 tonnes.
A sharp crane of TPW Engineering!
