XCMG XR220D
Asia Piling
This interesting XCMG XR220D drilling rig of Asia Piling from Singapore (SG) stood on a construction site to drill foundation piles for a new train station.
The carrier is 5.675 meters long and 4.4 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to 3.5 meters.
In the leader is hanging a rotary drive with a maximum torque of 220 kNm. This driling rig can be used for pile diameters up to 2 meters. The rotary drive is moved with use of an hydraulic ram with a length of 5 meters over the leader.
This driling rig is powered by a Cummins QSL-325, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 242 kW (325 hp). The driling rig is fitted with a 23-tonne main winch.
The leader has a maximum height of 22.12 meters and can be adjusted 5 degrees forwards, 4 degrees sideways and 15 degrees backwards.
This driling rig has an operational weight of approx. 70 tonnes.
