Nippon Sharyo

Nippon Sharyo is a japanese manufacturer of crawler cranes and foundation rigs. The company was founded in 1896 in Nagoya (JP). Its initial products were primarily rail vehicles such as locomotives and wagons. Production of foundation rigs began in 1963, and Nippon Sharyo built the first foundation rig on a crawler undercarriage with a leader supported by three points. Besides construction machinery, Nippon Sharyo also continues to manufacture rail vehicles and is active in bridge construction.
